SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

01

A focused angle and why now

Lead with a one-sentence thesis, the key questions you’ll answer, and what makes the story timely. Tell us who it’s for (builders, leaders, or practitioners) and the concrete value they’ll get—frameworks, lessons learned, pitfalls to avoid, or decision-ready context.

02

Evidence, reporting, and credible sources

We’re most interested in original reporting, firsthand experience, or rigorous analysis grounded in real examples. Include the types of sources you’ll use (docs, data, interviews, security research, product telemetry) and link to any prior work that shows you can handle the topic responsibly.

03

Scope, structure, and deliverables

Share an estimated word count and a rough outline (sections are enough). Note any visuals you can provide (charts, code snippets, diagrams) and whether you have access to key people or datasets. If the story involves sensitive security details, explain how you’ll handle disclosure safely.

GOOD TO KNOW

We read every pitch. Expect a response within 7–10 business days; if we need more time, we’ll let you know. Follow-ups are welcome after two weeks so nothing gets lost.

Payment varies by format and complexity, and we’ll confirm rates in writing before you start. We pay on publication, and we’re happy to work with first-time contributors who can bring clarity and evidence.

Pitch FAQ

We typically review pitches within 3–5 business days. If we’re on deadline or evaluating a complex topic, it can take a bit longer. If your idea is tied to a specific news hook or launch date, include the timing up front so we can prioritize appropriately.

We’re especially interested in reported, practical stories on AI and automation, cybersecurity and digital privacy, cloud and infrastructure, and technology-driven business transformation. We love specific angles—real-world deployments, measurable outcomes, and lessons learned—over broad trend recaps.

You’re welcome to quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original piece. For full reposts, translations, or syndication requests, contact us with the article link, where it would appear, and your intended timeline so we can review permissions.
