It reminds me of the beautiful lights in Tokyo at night. The palette does not comes with any mini brush or sponge. The design of this palette is just simple and practical.

The texture of the eyeshadow is very soft. There’s a minimal amount of fallout which doesn’t really annoys me. I really like the softness of these eyeshadow. The feeling of swiping my finger on this eyeshadow pan is like touching a velvet pouch
No, I am not kidding! This eyeshadow is REALLY SOFT! It is also very buttery and smooth. The pigmentation of this eyeshadow varies among the shades. The glittery shades are leaning more towards sheer. The rest of the colors have great pigmentation; the color shows up even in just one swipe.
Swatches
As you can see, the shades are so beautiful. They are nicely pigmented, buttery and super smooth. I have lots of neutral eyeshadow palettes on my drawers, but I dare to say that this would be one of my all time favorite! The packaging looks so cute yet not too big for my make up pouch. I can bring this on my every day make up bag for my day and night eye look
