Hello all!
I’m going to do a quick review on the product that I recently acquired. Thanks to Jacqueline from mybeautyhoard for helping me to get this bottle of product. Recently Giorgio Armani releases few shades of Armani Fluid Sheer and #5 is one of them. I have told myself to stop getting more make up items as it has grown out of control, however I really can’t skip on this beautiful baby. It is just a classic beauty.
Here’s some information I’ve extracted from Giorgio Armani Beauty Website
Fluid sheer dresses skin in an illuminating veil of radiance. This unique, translucent formula is available in a range of versatile hues including makeup base shades, correcting shades, and radiance boosting shades. Blend your favorite fluid sheer with foundation to add radiance, polish and sculpting definition to your complexion. Or use it alone as a makeup base. All skin types.
- perfects, sculpts and illuminates skin
- complete and versatile shade range
- doubles as eye shadow base, blush or bronzer
- sheer, lightweight texture and coverage
application techniques:
Apply with the blender brush to wear alone or mixed with foundation for a boost of radiance and color. Use on top of foundation for added highlighting and contouring.
Once again, Armani Beauty has released a range of product that is lust worthy. I am a big fan of radiant, glowing skin; so this product literally jumps out of me. Giorgio Armani fluid sheer comes in simple glass bottle packaging. The packaging looks like Armani Designer Lift foundation which I have reviewed here. The only difference is that Fluid Sheer comes in a non matte glass bottle. Most of the time, Armani does not create fancy packaging, their packaging is just simple and elegant. Yes, simple and elegant are the right words.
Fluid Sheer #5 is a shimmery coral blush/highlighter. What I love about this product is that the liquid feels very light. It is non sticky at all and there’s no smell in this product. It blends out very nicely, it doesn’t look chalky or frosty at all. It gives a right amount of glow on my face.
I have done a quick swatch for you all. You can see in my swatch above that when it is pumped, it looks striking coral. However after blended, it looks very natural. The color blends nicely with my skin tone and it gives a very nice glow on me without making it look oily. This can be mixed with your foundation to create a radiant look all over your face. For me, I usually dab this on my cheek after I apply my foundation and I topped it off with my loose powder. If I would have more sheen, I’ll dab this product lightly on my cheek to accentuate the glow on my face.
The only downside I found from this product is the staying power. I find that this product doesn’t sits on my face for too long. It starts to disappear after 4-5 hours after application. My daily job requires me to be inside office most of the time and this product doesn’t show it’s amazing lasting power. I personally don’t have any issue on this as i will always touch up my make up at the end of the day whenever I have an events or a dinner to attend.
Final Thought:
I am currently in love with my purchase and I highly recommend Armani Fluid Sheer for all of you who wants to have a nice liquid highlighter without being frosty.
Thank you for reading!
