Alongside our colors is the launch of the stretch extreme precise finish waterproof mascara – giving you maximum stretch without clumping. All these with Japanese precision to beautifully separate and define each lash.

shu uemura iconic eyelash curler, beloved by many celebrities and make-up artists worldwide, will also be available in limited quantities in a premium 24k gold body.

Shu Uemura also launches two eyeliners; M Olive and M Copper Brown. I have tried this eyeliner and I must say I am impressed with M Olive. The color looks unique to me. I think dark green makes a good natural looking eyeliner; it won’t look as dark as brown or black but it would still make the bigger-eye effect.

From this collection, I am given a chance to try this palette consists of 1 blush and two eyeshadow color.

I have tried this and I must say that I am loving the silky smooth eyeshadow so much!!! It is one of the best shimmery eyeshadow that I have tried. I agree that there’s no glitter fallouts from this smooth and silky eyeshadow.

In my opinion, these glittering eyeshadow is best paired with a cream black eyeshadow. It would look WOW-ing 🙂

My overall opinion from this collection:

This is quite a big launch from Shu Uemura. Overall the collection is good and I am liking it. The silky and smooth eyeshadow is one of the best glittering eyeshadow I have ever used. It’s indeed smooth and give a shiny finish look. I am also loving the gold plated eyelash curler. I have been using Shu Uemura’s eyelash curler for years and I think for make up lovers, this is a must have item!  The eyeliners are also quite good. I am recommending M Olive if you want something different.

The new collection will be launched at all shu uemura beauty counters from June 2012 at S$22 per pressed eye shadow refill, $50 for extreme precise finish waterproof mascara and $32 for limited edition 24k gold eyelash curler.

I can’t get enough nail polishes and they tend to have new collection very often oh well… One from Miss Universe collection and three of them are from New York City Ballet collection. FOTD with Chanel Epatant and Urban Decay Naked Palette

Hello ladies!

I had this make up few days ago and I want to share this to you. Few days ago I took leave from my work and I enjoyed my “me” time alot! i went to Orchard with my iPad and was sitting in a cafe the whole afternoon. While sipping a cup of green tea and munching a chocolate muffin, I just kept on browsing on beauty blogs. Oh how I love reading lovely post from many bloggers 🙂 I am in love with my  blogging activities now!

Anyway I just love my eye looks that day. In my opinion, the eyeshadow blended very well and it’s not too much. It made my eyes look bigger and my hubby loved my look that day! 🙂 Here are the products I was using:

For my eye:

I was using Chanel Epatant as a base. To give shimmer on my middle lid, I took my Urban Decay Palette in Half Baked. I avoid to have a heavy smokey eye look, so I soften my upper eyeshadow with Urban Decay Naked. For my eye highlighter I am using Benefit Tattle Tale mixed with Urban Decay Sin.

For my inner lid, I was using Benefit Tattle Tale and swipe it on 1/3 of my under inner lid.

The eyeliner used was MAC Technakohl in black. I am using this on my whole upper eye lid and my outer bottom lid.

The mascara was Lancome Hypnôse.

Since I want to emphasize on my eye look, I choose Lancome Butterflies Fever (reviewed here) as my blush. I swept the pinkish and purplish shade on my cheek and topped it with the cream shade as my highlighter.

was on my lip. As usual, pink lip is not always my favorite but I think this one looks good on me 🙂

and here is the look:

My favourite FOTD

Hello again everyone,

This look probably my favorite so far. Have been using this products and do this make up routine everyday. Yes I’m that boring haha. For the face I used Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation in no. 5, since this foundation doesn’t have SPF make sure you apply sunblock or I always apply moisturizer with SPF. Then I applied Burberry Sheer Concealer in Soft Beige no. 2 for under the eyes to hide my dark circle. It has similar packaging with YSL touche eclat! After that set the foundation with Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder in Ivory. For the eyebrow I used Chanel Sculpting Eyebrow Pencil in Brun Cendre no. 40. I’m happy with this eyebrow pencil, its soft and pigmented enough.

Now for the eyes, applied Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill in #8 Champagne (reviewed here) as the base all over the eye lids. This is the ‘star’ of the look then used Bobbi Brown Sand Tortoiseshell Eye Palette applied Sandy Rose-metallic eye shadow which in the bottom tray far left half of the eyelids from middle to outer part then applied Black Chocolate eye shadow still form the same palette in the outer part of eyelids lastly blend it. It won’t be complete without eyeliner, my favorite eyeliner Kiss Me Heroine smooth liquid eyeliner. I used to dislike liquid eyeliner, but this one is goooood, will do review and comparison soon. For cheeks just applied Lunasol Glowing Powder Cheeks in EX01 Coral (reviewed here), my latest blush in my collection. What’s else? I used Ardell lashes in no. 110 since I went out for a nice dinner if not I will just use mascara. For the lips I forgot to apply before I took pictures, I think I used Chanel Rouge Coco Shine in Boy. Perfect color to complete the look.

Apologies for some blurry pictures. Thanks for reading!

K-Palette Real Lasting Eyeliner + EOTD

Look what I have got from Watsons today! It’s the widely talk K-palette Tattoo Eyeliner!

I have heard many good reviews about this palette. I was very curious and quickly went to Watson and grab one.  Many bloggers said this eyeliner can last for the whole day with a minimal smudge. So far, I haven’t had any liquid eyeliner that doesn’t smudge after 5 hours. So it’s time for me to check it 🙂

Until today, i have been using this K-palette  for a week. The result has always been fantastic! Minimal smudge and the color intensity is great. I usually wear my make up at 7.30 am and won’t do any touch-up for the rest of the day. Until I reached home from office around 8pm, I can see that there’s a smudge but  t’s very minimal. The brush is great to create winged eyeliner. It’s real easy to create a winged eyeliner with this eyeliner in just one or two swipe. So far, I am very satisfied with this product. The price is very reasonable, it was less that SGD 24. If you’re looking for a good liquid eyeliner, I would highly recommend this product! 🙂

By the way, here’s my EOTD using K-palette real lasting eyeliner 🙂

and here are the eyeshadow products I’m using in this EOTD:

1. Shu Uemura Make Up Pallete: Eyes and Cheeks; reviewed here

2. Make Up Store High Tech Lighter in Asteriod; Reviewed here

3. Chanel Ombres Tissées Beiges; Reviewed here

What do you think of this product? Lovin it? 🙂

Hope you enjoy this post and have a great day!
