About Memoiselle

Hello readers!
This blog is maintained and written by two girlfriends who are obsessed with fashion and beauty products.
MeMoiselle is a title which is chosen by both of us, because it’s an integration of our name : Meryl and Monica, and moiselle is taken from a french word “mademoiselle” which means miss.  Both of us are Indonesian and have  grown up together in the same school and have been friends for more than 20 years and although now we live in a separated places, we still love each other! Meryl is in staying in Singapore, and Monica is in Sydney.

 About Meryl:

I am currently staying in Singapore. I am married to a wonderful loving husband and currently working 9-5 as my fulltime job. I enjoy blogging as I see many new products and many beauty tips revolving around the beauty blogosphere. On my freetime, I like to spend my time with my husband. I love watching movies and listening to classical music. I enjoy light exercise during weekends too

Meryl’s skin type and makeup preference:

I am MAC NC20. I don’t really use foundations on a daily basis. My daily makeup routine is serum, moisturizer, Avene Sunscreen SPF 50 (as a replacement of foundation) and MAC NC 20 pressed powder. I have few foundations that I wear pretty often, but I am reaching my Avene Sunscreen more often

I like shimmery eyeshadows and shimmery pink cheeks. For lips, I love to wear nude or soft pink lipstick. My favorite brands so far are Chanel, Giorgio Armani, Burberry and Urban Decay.

About Monica:

Currently based in Sydney, Australia have the most interesting job in the world as an accountant :p and still pursuing a postgarduate degree. I didn’t care about make up until a year ago and started this blog with Meryl and now I’m addictive to it. Love baking in spare time!
