Trying out new make up is always something I am looking forward; especially when the product is widely discussed among beauty addicts. I picked this Charlotte Tilbury Blusher in Love Glow quite a while ago and had fun trying and using it.
Charlotte Tilbury blush – or they call it Cheek to Chic Swish & Pop Blusher, comes in a burgundy casing. When you open the casing, you’ll see a gold outer lining with the word “Charlotte Tilbury” engraved in it. There’s no brush or velvet pouch given.
You’ll also see that the blush comes in two toned. The outer shade is meant to be used for upper cheek bone and the shade in the middle is for the apple of the cheek. The idea is smart, but I’d rather use both color mixed and spread it across my cheek.
When it comes to the texture and pigmentation, I’d have to give a two thumbs up! It’s so finely milled, very soft and I love the feeling when my finger touches the blush; it is very smooth. The pigmentation of the blush is nice – not overly pigmented but the color pops but nicely even on the first swipe.
When the two toned swatched together, the blush has a satiny and slightly shimmery finish. I love how it provides me with the glow without being overly shimmery.
Have you tried any of Charlotte Tilbury blush? What’s your thoughts on the blushes?
