On my trip to Taiwan, I bought few NARS products. One of them is NARS Angelika blush. I don’t own many NARS product and I am curious to try more of them. I am such a blush lover, especially a pink one with shimmer. I am always falling for them. I fell in love with this blush the first time I saw it. However I didn’t buy this until my last chance to grab this in Taipei Airport. This product is retailing at TWD 775 (approx SGD 33/AUD 27 depending on the exchange rate) in Taoyuan airport.
As you can see in the picture above, you can see that pretty sparkles in this blush. I love pinkish cheek on me. When I swatch it on my arm, I think this would look lovely on most fair skin tone. For anybody who loves sparkles, this would look lovely on you. However for girls who loves peachy or nude cheek color, I am not sure this would suits your wants.
I look at my stash and grab my pink blushes to make comparison. You can see the swatch comparison below:
If you have been reading my blog, Les Tendres de Chanel in Les Roses blush has always been my favorite blush (you can read the review here). However there are some other few blushes that I wear quite often. I often use Bobby Brown’s Peony blush (here) and also Blush Horizon de Chanel from Spring 2012 collection (here).
You can see that all of them are similar but they are not identical. Angelika seems to have a peachy tone. Peony is the pinkest of all, horizon seems to be most pigmented and Les Tendres de Chanel seems to be sheerer among all.

I only have Super Orgasm from NARS which i love very much for its sparkle and coral hue. I also have Rose Gold from Sleek which is known to be a great dupe for Orgasm. That is one of my favorites too! The sheen is really pretty. Angelika here looks pretty awesome too.
Super Orgasm is also a nice color. I intended to get that one also but end up buying Angelika as it’s more towards pinkish
